Main Requirements

Qualification in Accounting & Finance (Level 6 or comparable)

English language – min. B1 (Advanced language use)

German language – min. A2 (Basic knowledge)

Tracker / Slaughterer / Butcher
Job for an experienced tracker and slaughterer to support our hunting team in stalking, meat utilization, and trophy handling.
LONGTERM
As committed new team member you should have experience in tracking, slaughtering of game and trophy handling.
Job Description
- Support ph`s in tracking
- Slaughtering of game
- Trophy handling (sculls, capes, skins etc)
- Professional cutting and vacuum sealing of the backs, haunches and other cuts would be an advantage
- Ability to produce Biltong, Chilli Bites, Smoked Meat and Boerewors would be an advantage
Requirements
- Experience in the above mentioned tasks
- Reading, writing, calculating
- English language - elementary proficiency
- No criminal record
